Delivery Estimate:

• Canada Priority Post Delivery 3-5 business days.
• Canada Xpresspost Delivery 5-7 business days.
• Canada Post Priority Worldwide Parcel USA Delivery 3-5 business days.
• Canada Post Xpresspost USA Delivery 7-14 business days.

Please note: Our processing time is 2 days, Monday-Friday. Canada Post ships on Business days only. So if you choose “Canada Priority Post Delivery 3-5 business days” please consider it may not arrives in 3-5 days due to this.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

All items are sent with tracking and will require a signature upon pickup.
Customs, duties, and taxes. All items sent the USA may require you to pay duty and taxes upon pickup. Canadian orders will not incur duty and upon pickup, taxes are calculated at time of order and are based on your provincial taxes.

Damages

All items are sent via Canada Post. Please check your item at time of pick up at your postal outlet. If the item is damaged report it to them before you sign for the item and contact us immediately.
